Kim, what internet browser are you using? Cause you're missing B, I, U, Quote, etc in your quick reply

Kim, go to your UserCP, Edit Options, then scroll to the bottom to 'Message Interface Options' , make sure you're using 'Standard Editor - Extra Formating Controls' and NOT 'Basic Editor - A Simple Text Box'.
