I'm done going there. This place is much better anyway.

I've posted a couple of big candid beach photo threads there. I've started getting hatemail from 2 different people each claiming that the pics are theirs and copyrighted. They also posted in the thread, and I've now got other people not involved giving me shit for stealing pics. (Just for the record, I've publicly posted where I got the pics from and it's not either site that claims the pics as their own.)

Check me if I'm wrong, but unless someone takes the pics themselves, don't they have to get them from somewhere anyway?????

Yeah. I asked richsaun what he thought the reaction of the women would be to knowing they were candidly photoed and someone was making money off of that. Side note: wouldn't they technically have to get releases to post those pics and make money from them? I know many TV shows that do candid stuff have to get release forms signed.

It's BS...imo making money off taking pics of girls that have no idea you're doing so is bullshit. So for them to freak out about their pics being posted I think is pretty funny...

Then again paparazzi are allowed to photograph celebrities when they have no idea it's being done and then get paid for selling the photos to tabloids...so I'm not sure the legality of it all

....i set BOTH of those guys straight....and also the guy who runs the web site where "that guy" got them from....both in my own politically correct style (of course lmmfao)....i also explained what actually happened in my own thread over there so people didnt think that "that guy" was a picture thief....it should be over....
