thats what I thought at first ... but on closer inspection the lighting and proportions match perfectly.. no sems.. and the whole pic is low res from under a bush some damn where

A way to tell if it's fake is by opening the image in a hex editor. The first few lines may/may not say "Photoshop" etc in it. Just a tip.

Well, that might be a clue for being a fake.

On the other hand many photographers (including me) use Photoshop or something similar to edit the pics after the shooting, e.g. improve the look of the model by removing some scars, improving the look of skin etc. Still it's not a fake.
