Hello :)
I have been trying to upload 2 webcam vids I have for the Renee sticky in Video vault but when I do the upload page gets right to the end and looks like it is going to finish but then sits for about 15 minutes and then switches saying I am not logged in or am not authorized etc.:fire:
the 2 vids are 4.7mb and 5.3mb so I know Im not over the 8mb size limit.
any thoughts or am I missing some obvious thing and will feel really stupid :bigeek: but be enlightened afterwords
Please help
Thanks

try uploading one video at a time. I have resorted to uploading large files one a a time. my method is to click MANAGE ATTACHEMNTS > Browse > select first video > click UPLOAD > then after it's done > Browse for second video > upload it > then close ATTACHMENT window and submit the reply. That way there is only ONE more post, with BOTH videos.

Thanks :)
It was 50% effective LOL ...got one on but the other one boinked.
I think it may be a time out problem with the auto logoff here. My time runs out befor the download is done.

I get auto logged out too if I am inactive on the site for a certain period of time (not sure how long). If I have a tab open to TNB, then get sidetracked exploring somewhere else in another tab for a while, when I come back to TNB tab I am signed out.

Im assuming it is a standard "timeout" logoff when inactive like Huff stated above :D I have noticed it is fairly standard on forum and many sites
Other than that i cant say.
From what I have experienced it is about 10 minutes inactivity then bye bye. I havnt timed it but I think that is about right
Mind you I dont think uploading should be counted as inactivity LOL :boobies:
I just wait because I dont want to suck up more of my bandwidth when uploading
I am still fixing my data loss so cant test this at the moment but maybe if possible, adding 2-5 minutes to the auto logoff would greatly help :D

are you on dial-up?
if you aren't, it shouldn't take 10 minutes to upload a 8mb video, unless you're trying to upload 8 8mb videos at once...in that case try uploading 1 (or a few) at a time

Im not on dialup. Im on a 100mb connection ... but I will say what has become a standard when it comes to tech or government here ... "Its Romania" ... Here they are still adjusting from the 1989 revolution and in both cases I have to scratch my head ... I guess this is another of those anti dandruff issues I must learn to live with :p :bong:
If anything the women are incredible here and love a lost American :clitlick:
Makes it all worth it ... and cured my dandruff
