get VLC player or the k-lite codecs pack for windows...that way you just pause a video and save like you would do with a normal picture...:)

damn. i keep trying and the site keeps telling me i have a pop-up blocker installed. i disabled it in firefox (bad idea) and it still will not let me download it :bullshit:
