What time at night am I supposed to stop eating?

Your not spose to eat carbs before you go to sleep. like example pizza, Pasta, lots of breads because your not burning it off at night it just turns to fat cells.now if you did cardio lets say ran a couple miles that day or you do it in the next morning its not so bad but try to drink orange juice because thats a good carb to drink before exercise and just try to eat healthy stuff before you sleep and keep it an hour or two before you sleep at least.. ask if you have any more questions.

I only eat between 12 and 6 pm. But I'm on a serious diet :)
I find that it actually helps not to eat after 6 anymore, your body then burns it all (or most of it) before you go to sleep. And well when I get hungry after 6... Just go to bed :D Not sure if this is recomended by doctors though.

kim if your still hungry after six doesent mean you dont have to eat..just eat low carbs..maybe some carrots with fatt free dressing or something..its not good for your organs to starve yourself like that...but anyways its ur life..

Keep the meals small, that is the one thing I have learned works well. Like was said earlier, 2 hours before bed is the best idea. Eat lots of Carrotts (those little peeled ones are super snack friendly). Celery is a negative calorie, so eat that when you're hungry, it helps fill ya up and will burn more calories than it contains!

I just stop eating once I fall asleep. Then again, I've got a spare tire that really needs some work, so don't bother listening to me.

It would depend on what you nibbled before bed, I guess...
